After a horrible accident of a strange chemical compound being leaked into the local drinking water, all images taken around the area cause images of the citizens that consumed the water to appear with deformities although the citizens are perfectly fine to the human eye. Some may also see there deformities in mirrors. Local news says there is nothing to worry about and that its a delusion, but the locals know there is something else to it.
